Troubleshooting
When clicking on the blue links the report does not open

Acrobat Reader should open up within the Browser window. If this is not the case the links to the report will not work.

Check the settings in Acrobat Reader as follows:

Click on:
File
Preferences
General
Ensure that "Web Browser Integration" is checked.

 

When clicking on the "nested bookmarks" the document does not open

This has the same solution as the previous problem.

Please follow the instructions as above.

 

When clicking on one of the search results the message:

"unable to launch this application"

appears.

This is due to Acrobat Reader not being installed on your computer.
